Parent Responsibilities:
Parents are responsible to check out the information in their family
mail folders and bulletin boards regarding up coming events. Parents
are needed to help volunteer at meets. Our swim meets run completely
on a volunteer basis. At meets, we ask that each family provide one
worker to handle some of the tasks listed on the jobs
sheet which we will be posted on the bulletin board. There are many
ways in which you can help; we look forward to everyone participating
in the NDAC family! Parents are responsible for timely drop-offs and
pick-ups of swimmers. All parents are asked to be supportive of our
swimmers efforts. As parents, we are all responsible for our swimmers
conduct while at meets and practices.
Communication:
The NDAC bulletin board and family mail folder system will be used to
communicate meet information and other important news throughout the
season. Parents are encouraged to check the board and mail folder
after each practice - dont count on your child or phone calls
to obtain important information. If the box is not out you may
retrieve it from on top of the blue lockers on the deck. The bulletin
board will be used to share upcoming meet information, meet results,
team statistics, best times, directions, away meets, etc. The mail
folders will be used to distribute meet ribbons, short notes,
newsletters, reminders, invitational information, and any other news
you may need. |
