Bard College
Take the NY State Thruway to Exit 19 (Kingston), take rt. 209 to
Rhinecliff Bridge (changes to Rt. 199 at the Hudson River). Go Over
the Bridge and at the second light take Rt. 9G North, turn left and
drive approx. 3.5 miles. Go to the second light (flashing) and take a
left, the Stevenson Gym will be on your left.

New York State Thruway to Exit 17 at Newburgh:
Take Exit 17 until the toll booth. Just after the toll both there
will be two choices: straight or bear right. Get into the left lane
and go straight. The road ends at an intersection with Route 17K and
a traffic light. Turn right onto 17K West. Then get into the left
lane. After several hundred feet, there is a traffic light. Turn
left left onto Route 300 South. Go straight on Route 300 South until
the road ends at an intersection and a traffic light (approx 2
miles). Turn Left which continues Route 300 South (approx 2 miles).
Stay on the main road (after several hundred feet it bends to the
right). Just after you pass Blockbuster Video on the left, there is
a five-way intersection with a stop light. At the intersection turn
right onto Route 94 West. Go 1.1 miles to the intersection of Mount
Airy Road (the road sign is on theright). Turn left into Cornwall
Central High School.
Felix Festa Middle School
Take the Palisades Interstate
Parkway to Exit 10. If traveling south, turn left at the end of the
exit ramp, then left at the light (Middletown Road), and then right
at the next light (Germonds Road). If traveling north, turn right at
the end of the exit ramp onto Germonds Road. Follow Germonds Road
straight through traffic light (Rte. 304 intersection), until it
becomes Parrott Road. The school is on your left.

Take the NY State Thruway I-87 S - toward N Y CITY Take the Van
Cortland Park South exit off the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87). Take
the VAN CORT PARK SO exit- exit number 11 Turn LEFT onto VAN
CORTLANDT PARK S Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto VAN CORTLANDT AVE W. VAN
CORTLANDT AVE W becomes SEDGWICK AVE. Turn RIGHT onto GOULDEN AVE.
Turn LEFT onto BEDFORD PARK BLVD W.
Long Island Aquatic Club
From the Throgs Neck Bridge take the Cross County Pkwy South to exit
29, Grand Central Parkway Eastbound. Follow Grand Central Parkway
Southbound (Jones Beach). Get off Meadowbrook Pkwy at NY-24 Hempstead
Tpke. East. For pool, go to the left lane and make a left at first
light (Merrick Ave.) At first light make a right into the parking lot
for the pool.
Marist College
Travel on Rt. 9 south to Poughkeepsie, the Campus will be on your
right after the Culinary Institute. Take the last right (before the
four lane highway begins) onto the campus which will lead you to the
James J. McCann Recreational Center.
Monroe /Woodbury
Take exit- 16 off the Thruway toward RT-17/HARRIMAN/US-6. Merge onto
NY-17 W. Take the NY 32 ramp toward US 6 EAST/NY 17 SOUTH/HARRIMAN.
Stay straight to go onto CR-64/NININGER RD. Turn RIGHT onto CR-95/DUNDERBERG
RD.
Newburgh High School (Free Academy)
Take I-84 East to Rt. 9W south. At the 2nd light south of the highway
(I84 underpass) take a right onto North Street (you will pass 2
gas stations {Exxon & Gulf} on you right). Go up a hill, the
street eventually curves to the left and changes into Fullerton Ave.
You will come to a traffic light at the intersection of Fullerton
& Gidney Avenue about 2/10th's (1/5) of a mile on your right is
the school.

Orange County Community College OCCC
Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3W, Route 17M (Middletown), proceed
on 17M which becomes Dolson Avenue. Continue on Dolson Avenue to
Bennett Street, turning left on Bennett to the top of the hill (South
Street.) Bear right to Middletown (main) campus.
Pine Bush
From the Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge take Rt. 209 West to Ellenville.
In Ellenville, go left onto Rt. 52. Continue on Rt. 52 into Pine
Bush. Proceed right onto Rt. 302. Pine Bush School is approx. 3/4 of
a mile on the right. Pool is located to the right side of the
complex. Allow 1-1.25 hours travel time from the Kingston Bridge.
UCONN-Storrs, CT
Take I-84 to Route 195, exit 68. Follow Route 195 for 7 miles to the
middle of the campus. When the lake is on your right, take the next
right. Follow your way through the campus towards the silver dome.
This is the field house; the pool is in the adjacent brick building.
Valley Central High School VAC
From the North/South: Take I-87 (NYS Thruway) to exit 17 (Newburgh).
Proceed directly to route 17K west. Proceed twelve traffic lights. At
the twelfth light go straight. VAC Pool is ½ mile on the left at
Valley Central High School.
Warwick Valley High School
Take 17A South through the village of Florida. At the light by Shop
Rite 17A changes to Route 94S to Warwick. At the 2nd traffic light in
the village make a right turn onto West Street. Follow West Street
straight to the Middle School and High School.
Washingtonville
Take the NYS Thruway south to Exit 17 (Newburgh) and proceed through
the toll plaza to Rt. 17K. Turn right on Rt. 17 K and then left @ the
1st traffic light on Rt. 300 south. Proceed south on Rt. 300 to its
intersection the Rt. 207 and turn right and travel approx. 2-3 miles
to Toleman Rd. on left (self storage units are on the corner of the
intersection). Travel south on Toleman Rd. into the village of
Washingtonville (Toleman Rd. becomes North St. in the village) Turn
right on 94, school is on the right just up the street
West Point
Take the RT-17K exit- exit number 17- toward I-84/NEWBURGH/STEWART
AIRPORT. Take the ramp toward MIDDLETOWN. Merge onto NY-300/UNION
AVE. Merge onto I-84 E toward BEACON. Take the US-9W/RT-32 exit- exit
number 10- toward NEWBURGH. Turn RIGHT onto US-9W/NY-32. Continue to
follow US-9W S. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ramp. Keep RIGHT at the fork
in the ramp. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-218/NY-293. Continue to follow
NY-218. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WASHINGTON RD/W POINT HWY. Continue to
follow WASHINGTON RD Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MILLS RD. Stay straight
to go onto DE RUSSY LOOP. Turn LEFT onto BREWERTON RD. Take a left on
to Thayer Rd.
Since the Washington Gates is closed to incoming traffic you must
proceed to the stony Stony Lonesome Gate which is a mile or two on
the other side of the mountain. Proceed to the Arvin Gym; the parking
area is beyond the parade grounds. The Arvin Gym is ¼ mile back
up Washington Rd. and to the left.
White Plains Middie YMCA
Take NYS Thruway South and cross the Tappan Zee Bridge. Watch for
signs for Route 287.
From 287 heading EAST: Take exit 9A, stay on Westchester Avenue. Turn
right onto Bryant Ave at the traffic light. At the top of the hill,
turn left onto North St., the YWCA is on your right. |
